Technical Support for Ansys products is provided either by Ansys directly or by one of our certified Ansys Support Providers. Please check with the Ansys support coordinator (ASC) at your company to determine who provides support for your company, or visit the Contacts and Locations page.

AnsysGPT: Commercial Customer Support

AnsysGPT is a multilingual AI virtual assistant based on Ansys knowledge that is available to active commercial customers 24/7. Users can ask questions about Ansys products, relevant physics, and other complex engineering topics in the language of their choice.

AnsysGPT provides a summary response along with the references. It is based on knowledge Ansys-owned or licensed, including product and engineering-related training documentation, FAQs, technical marketing materials, and public Ansys Learning Forum discussions.

Please note that user questions and responses are neither stored nor used for training AnsysGPT. This makes AnsysGPT very reliable, secure and easy to use.

Any time, day or night, the Ansys Customer Support Space (ACSS) gives you instant access to key resources for most Ansys products*. Customers supported directly by Ansys can also log support requests for these product lines.

Technical Support for academic customers is provided through the Ansys Learning Forum, part of Ansys Innovation Space (AIS). AIS gives you direct access to a lively discussion forum attended by Ansys staff and other customers along with a growing range of knowledge articles and free courses.
